Our Returns Policy & Warranty

At Little Cherubs Baby Shop, we care about the quality of our hand picked products.  We only accept return of goods under some reasonable circumstances.

​​Cancellation of Orders

 To cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately.

 Please note that we do not accept cancellations or modification for orders
that have already been shipped.

Faulty/Defective Product

Little Cherubs baby Shop will provide a replacement free of charge or refund the purchase price at our election for faulty/defective products returned to us within 30 days of purchase date subject to:

    * The product having not been tampered with.

    * Inspection and/or testing by us (or the manufacturer) of the returned product.

    * You must send us an email asking for a Return Authorisation (RA) before returning the faulty product.

    * A copy of the RA email together with a copy of your proof of purchase accompanying the returned product. 

    * The faulty/defective product MUST be sent by REGISTERED POST.

 **We will not send a replacement until the faulty/defective has been returned to us. No exceptions!! You can't get a replacement at a "Bricks and Mortar" retailer without first returning the faulty/defective product and we are no different. This is a standard practice and is covered by law.** 

Original shipping charges are not refundable and Purchasers are responsible for shipping charges back to us. We will pay the shipping charges on the replacement product.
 

Wrong Product/Change of Mind

In the event of a Purchaser having ordered the wrong product or a change of mind, Little Cherubs Baby Shop will (at our discretion) generally accept return of the product and credit the sale price (excluding shipping charges) after deducting a restocking fee of 25%, with a Credit Voucher. The product must be unopened and in a re-sellable condition. Credit Vouchers are at the discretion of Little Cherubs Baby Shop and are subject to:

    * The product being shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt by the Purchaser.

    * The product was not discounted, on sale, has not been damaged through normal wear and tear, is unused and in its original packaging.

  • A Return Authorisation (RA) via email being obtained.

    * A copy of the RA email together with a copy of your proof of purchase accompanying the returned product.

    * The product and its original packaging being “as new” when received by us.

    * The product being a generally stocked item of Little Cherubs Baby Shop.

    * The returned product must be sent to us by REGISTERED POST.

Please pack the goods in another box or padded envelope so the original packaging will not be damaged by stickers, courier labels etc.

We will only issue a CREDIT VOUCHER not a Refund.

By placing an order with Little Cherubs Baby Shop you are agreeing to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Product Warranties

1. Little Cherubs Baby Shop provides a replacement or money back warranty against faulty/defective material or workmanship, in accordance with the relevant manufacturers warranty, on all products provided that the faulty/defective item is returned within 30 days of the invoice date (or as otherwise stipulated in the product description) and in accordance with Little Cherubs Baby Shop returns policy requirements.

2. On receipt of the faulty/defective product/s within this period Little Cherubs Baby Shop will if required carry out what tests are needed or return the product/s to the original manufacturer for testing to confirm the fault/s and at your request either supply you with a replacement or refund you the purchase price of the defective product. Please note this process may take some time particularly if the original manufacturer requires the product/s be returned back to them. We will always try to handle any returns as quickly as possible but we cannont guarantee how long this will take.

3. This warranty excludes damages due to negligence. 

4.  Proof of purchase must be submitted for all claims under warranty.
