Freight Information
Our freight system uses both Australia Post and Couriers depending on your location. Once we have received your payment, we will ship your order as soon as possible.
FREE Delivery:
All orders $150 - $500 are rewarded with free Standard Postage (except PO Boxes & excludes Express Postage).
Standard Postage:
In most cases standard postage, is all that you will need to get your order quickly and at a reasonable cost.
Please note we have more than one warehouse and your order may be dispatched from multiple warehouses, therefore items may arrive separately and at different speeds depending on your location in relation to the location of the warehouse it has been dispatched from.
Standard shipping times are according to Australia Post timetables, therefore please allow between 2 - 7 business days* for your order to arrive. Actual delivery times will depend on the dispatch location in relation to the delivery location.
*some remote areas may take longer
*longer delivery times may occur during holiday, Christmas & natural disaster periods.
All orders are dispatched by post with tracking & must be delivered to a a street address (no PO Boxes). Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address specified on your order otherwise the delivery driver will leave your item in a safe place or leave collection card.
Shipping is calculated at check out, depending on how many items you purchase.
Express Post:
Express Post is available in many locations and delivery times are according to the Australia Express Post Network, therefore allow up to 2 business days for your order to arrive. Actual delivery times will depend on the dispatch location & actual dispatch time in relation to the delivery location.
Overseas Orders:
Orders outside of Australia may be considered under strict conditions, please contact us by email first before placing an order through the website as freight needs to be calculated and terms & conditions agreed to.
Shipment will be by:-
- Australia Post, they have a range of delivery options such as ECI (Express Courier International), Air Services, Sea Services with options for additional insurance coverage, delivery confirmation etc. You can find out more information by going to their website.
- Or we can ship to a location within Australia of your choice and then you can arrange your own transport to your country.
Payment for Overseas Orders:
We can only accept payment for an overseas order by direct bank transfer or cheque/money order and goods will only be shipped once the funds have cleared.
Credit/debit card payments are not accepted under any circumstances and goods will NOT be dispatched.
We accept no liability for lost goods and replacement orders will not be fulfilled, unless the carries accepts responsibility and re-imbursement.
